

To pay for your gecko, MK Geckos prefers either money order or personal checks. With a personal check, your purchase will not be shipped out until the check clears, usually five to seven business days.
As for other forms of payment, MK Geckos can only take credit cards via PayPal.

MK Geckos ships all geckos Fed Ex Next Day Air for a flat rate of $45.00. All shipments are packed in an insulated box and labeled "LIVE HARMLESS GECKOS, FRAGILE AND PERISHABLE, KEEP WARM." MK Geckos will use heat/cold packs when we feel it is necessary, or if requested by the customer. We use our best judgment, based off the forecast from www.acuweather.com for the origin, destination, and Fed Ex sorting hub.
The purchases will be sent out once a shipping date has been agreed on with the purchaser and MK Geckos. Our shipping days are Monday through Thursday. In order to insure the geckos safe arrival, the purchaser must be available to receive the gecko for the pre arranged date .
MK Geckos cannot be held responsible for changes in the weather during transit, along with delivery delays, and other carrier related issues.
If you wish to use a different carrier aside from Fed Ex, you must find get a quote, and send it to MK Geckos at sales@mkgeckos.com.

MK Geckos will guarantee all of its customers and future customers all Leopard Geckos are 100% healthy and eating at the time they are shipped. Since MK Geckos cannot take care of the geckos after they are shipped, our guarantee ends 24 hours after arrival.
If for some reason your gecko is Dead on Arrival, please contact MK Geckos within the 24 hours it was received. Proof must be given of the geckos death. Please provide pictures. If you are unable to provide pictures, shipping the gecko back is the alternative option at the buyers expense. Shipping costs throughout the process are non-refundable.

If you wish to put gecko on hold, please contact MK Geckos at sales@mkgeckos.com. A hold fee of 25% (10% refundable of the overall price) is required to place a hold. Geckos on hold will be held for 10 business days. After the 10 days, no arrangements to purchase the gecko have been made, a 10% refund will be issued, and the gecko will be back on the market.

All canceled orders with MK Geckos will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. If you wish to return the gecko for any reason, please contact MK Geckos at returns@mkgeckos.com. MK Geckos will not refund shipping charges.
